I've just been reminded about the time we had to start super early at work. We were the first ones in and it was still dark. As we went into the delivery bay to clock in, we could hear voices just outside the delivery doors and we were spooked. We spent 10 minutes listening to them with our ears against the door and were convinced we had just heard them say ' break in' . Convinced we we're under attack from intruders, we ran up the stairs squealing, to spy on them on the CCTV. That's when we realized it was just the delivery guys. Phew! We thought we were going to have to take them on, home alone style. This still makes me laugh.
